I hold a BA degree from Wits University majoring in Human Resources Management, Psychology and Marketing. I have a background in the telecommunications industry as well as the aviation industry. My tenure as a flight attendant allowed me to hone exceptional customer service skills, managing and exceeding the expectations of passengers from diverse backgrounds and cultures. As an accredited independent grading assessor for Tourism Grading Council of South Africa (TGCSA), I carry the responsibility of evaluating and grading establishments based on stringent criteria. My role is instrumental in ensuring that establishments meet and uphold the standards that facilitate recognition of their quality and service excellence by local and international guests alike. My career is marked by my go-getter attitude, my commitment to quality service delivery, and passion for promoting South Africa as a premier tourism destination. I leverage my extensive knowledge,assessments for Game Lodges, Resorts and Hotels. I predominantly work in Mpumalanga and Eastern Limpopo. I pride myself in honest and reliable client service and satisfaction.
