I am an African female who have been in the Tourism Industry for over two decades.I have since gained experience in Hospitality, Tourism, Conservation and Food & Beverage sectors including managing one of the international icons Kruger National Park.I’m also a qualified accredited assessor for learning and development within the Tourism Industry and assist youth in our country to gain relevant skills within the industry through various channels.I am a highly dedicated and energetic individual who is passionate about the tourism industry. In my current role as a Grading Assessor of the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa, I have been accredited to ensure that establishments in Free State and countrywide are quality assured through support and advise in how establishments can continuously strive to improve their product offering by offering excellent service and maintain acceptable quality standards for their establishments.
