She has gained working experience at Tsogo Sun Hotel group for several years, through her experience in hospitality environment, she has gained skills on customer relations, employee relations, marketing management, operational, strategic leadership. Mmabatho has completed a National diploma in Hotel Operations / Institute of Hotel & Tourism Management – Belvoir Park. Diploma in Hotel Management / Institute of Hotel & Tourism and currently working as an accredited assessor for Tourism Grading Council SA based in Gauteng and North-West Province.
